Shipping policy

The Spongeware Company uses Royal Mail or a courier service for our deliveries. We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 2 to 4 days from the order date and 3 to 5 days for international shipments. For orders over twelve placemats and overseas deliveries outside of Europe please contact us at enquiries@thespongewarecompany.com and we will endeavour to get the best price possible. Please note that orders made during busy periods like Christmas may take slightly longer.
