With a design that is a perfect balance between traditional and modern, this round Placemat is inspired by the Spongeware tableware that originated in Scotland in the early 1800’s and was subsequently produced in both English and Irish potteries. The variety of designs offered by the Spongeware Company allows the buyer to assemble a collection according to their own particular taste or simply choose a number of placemats of the same design.

  • Gloss finish on a eucalyptus board, with a hard wearing Melamine finish.
  • Heat resistant to 140 degrees.
  • Finished with an attractive cork backing.
  • Measures: 25.5cm, (4.8mm thick).
  • Care instructions: Wipe the surface with a damp cloth & dry with a tea towel.   
  • Made in England.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

£12.00 for 1-3 days delivery (Any orders placed after 12.00pm on Friday will be sent the following Monday, excluding Bank Holidays)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred with the shipping. In normal circumstances these are collected by the shipping provider who will contact the customer. If these are left unpaid or the delivery is refused by the customer all shipping costs will be debited from the order value once the items are returned to The Spongeware Company and the remaining amount refunded.
